Listen I get it, not everyone is ready to commit to a high-ticket, fully immersive, hands-on coaching program.

What does this look like?

Well first we'll have to meet so I can get to know your family and more about your child. I call this the "Immersion Day". Once I have an idea of what your lifestyle and current diet is like, I can personalize my protocol to fit your family. This will be over Zoom and can take anywhere from 2-3 hours, so block out a good chunk of dedicated time for us to co-create create the plan together.

Next, I work my magic and create the plan with all the resources you need and send it to you in a nice neat email.
